I think this is the post where I introduce myself, give an inspirational/sob story and then get to the food.

Basically I’m a teenager girl with a passion for health but my passion for yummy food is just as fierce, can you see my problem? I enjoy adapting, trying out and sometimes creating new recipes that are healthy, or at least a little better for you, than the classics but still taste just as amazing!
